This month we had someone come to work in the garage (unrelated work) and he jerry-rigged a cord into the overhead door™ motor that shorted it out. We couldn't figure out what had happened, but Overhead Door™ came again and fixed it at no charge to us, even though it wasn't their fault. I will always use Overhead Door™.

OHD has a very well thought out website that is easy to use and actually has information that is useful including the capability to schedule an appointment (or) call them directly. When the service tech was in route, they called me 30 mins before arrival and were at our home as scheduled. Rusty (OHD tech) is the real deal, knows the product very well, and has a really great personality. So, it's easy for me to recommend OHD with a 5-star rating.
